Rocco’s Restaurant was founded in 2010 by Rocco Carbonara and his wife, Belkis Cortez. Their warmth and passion shaped the spirit of the restaurant, quickly making it a beloved gathering place for families and friends in the San Clemente community.​ After Rocco’s passing in May 2024, the community was deeply saddened. Today, Rocco’s continues in his honor under the ownership of Lorena Moreno, whose mission is to preserve the traditions, hospitality, and sense of family that have defined the restaurant from the beginning.​ Our cuisine blends modern European flavors with refined Italian heritage and subtle Venezuelan influence, guided by quality ingredients and thoughtful preparation. More than a restaurant, Rocco’s is a place where friendships grow, milestones are celebrated, and every table holds a story.
